Where our clients landed their next chapter

The Yearbook of
Reinvention.

Every card is a complete arc — old identity, the thing that kept them stuck, and where they landed.

Three more stories below — but first, what stops most people:

Not a course.
A guided crossing.

Every week has a specific deliverable. You never wonder "what am I supposed to be doing?" — and neither does your coach.

We audit your skills, values, and energy drains with clinical precision. Most clients discover the problem isn't their industry — it's their relationship to their work. We separate the real from the internalized "should." You leave week two with a clarity document you've never had before.

Weeks 1–2

We design low-stakes experiments: informational interviews, shadow days, short-form projects. You're not pivoting yet — you're gathering data. The goal is to replace "I think I'd love X" with "I spent 4 hours doing X and here's what I noticed." Evidence beats fantasy every time.

Weeks 3–4

Not a bootcamp. Not a certification binge. We identify the two or three concrete things that will make hiring managers say "yes" and we build proof of those things — portfolio pieces, case studies, a project you can walk through in an interview. Targeted, not exhaustive.

Weeks 5–7

Your resume, LinkedIn, and 30-second pitch get rebuilt from the target role backward. We find the through-line that makes your non-linear path look intentional (because it is). Hiring managers in the new industry need to be able to explain to their team why you make sense. We give them the language.

Weeks 8–9

Role-specific interview prep, salary negotiation coaching, and offer evaluation. We practice the hard questions — "Why are you leaving?" and "Why should we take a chance on someone without direct experience?" — until the answers feel like your own voice, not a script. Then we negotiate.

Weeks 10–12
